Work location: OrchardJob Responsibilities:Manage front desk operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and walk-in inquiriesPerform cashiering duties such as billing, payment collection (cash, card, and digital payments), and issuing receiptsPrepare and process invoices accurately, including insurance claims and relevant documentationMaintain proper records of daily transactions, patient visits, and financial reportsHandle phone calls and emails in a professional and timely mannerAssist in verifying patient details, updating medical records, and maintaining confidentialitySupport basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, stock checks, and inventory coordinationRequirements:At least 1 year experience as Clinic Assistant/Receptionist, experience in any clinic setting will be a strong advantageStrong communication skills, passionate to interact with patientsMinimum O levels education qualificationInterested candidates may whatsapp your resume to 8977 7062.
