Functional Business Analyst (Personal Data Protection - PDPA)

Overall 6–9 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.Hands-on experience supporting Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) or other data privacy and regulatory compliance initiatives.Strong experience in business requirements gathering, functional analysis, process mapping, and solution design.Experience preparing BRDs, FSDs, user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.Good understanding of data privacy principles, consent management, data retention, data classification, and personal data lifecycle management.Experience working across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Hands-on experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect management, and production deployment activities.Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.Experience using requirement management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
