Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute commercialization and go-to-market strategies for payment products across merchant, enterprise, banking, government, and partner segments.Partner with Product Management teams from early product development through launch to ensure strong market fit and successful adoption.Build multi‑segment GTM plays aligned to growth goals Lead end‑to‑end product launches, including messaging, positioning, pricing, packaging, and rollout plansDefine target customer segments, use cases, value propositions, and competitive differentiation for new and existing payment solutions.Act as the bridge between Product, Commercial, Partnerships, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure successful market execution.Develop launch frameworks, adoption programs, sales enablement tools, customer engagement materials, and executive presentations.Drive ecosystem and partnership-based growth opportunities across banks, fintechs, merchants, platforms, and technology partners.Monitor market trends, competitive developments, customer needs, and regulatory changes within the payments ecosystem.Support strategic customer engagements and industry presentations to articulate product value and market positioning.Establish launch success metrics and track adoption, revenue growth, customer engagement, and market penetration.Translate customer and market insights into recommendations for future product enhancements and roadmap priorities.Requirements8–12+ years of experience in Product Go-to-Market, Product Marketing, Product Strategy, Commercialization, or Product Management roles.Strong experience within payments, fintech, card schemes, merchant acquiring, digital payments, banking technology, or financial services.Deep understanding of payment ecosystems including acquiring, issuing, wallets, cross-border payments, real-time payments, embedded finance, and value-added services.Demonstrated success leading cross-functional product launches and driving market adoption.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation capabilities.Strong analytical and commercial acumen with experience in pricing, product performance, and growth strategy.EA Reg.
