You’d get us there by being business development and strategy thinker, with strong analytics skills, project lead and data-driven mindset. You’d succeed by being able to identify and close the gap between current state to desired one.  Location: Bangalore, India Hybrid Full-time  As Senior Business Operations Manager, you will independently own impactful projects and initiatives, end-to-end. They will emerge from data, voice of our customers, from our people on the ground and in general from cross-business units across Payoneer.  You’ll be asked to lead these projects and initiatives, while in most cases the actual solution will be driven by other departments. You’ll be responsible for keeping ROI in mind and balancing quick wins with core initiatives that support our long-term growth strategy. You’ll partner with business units across Payoneer to drive business operational excellence through building clear improvement. For this, you’d be analyzing the data, calculating the required resources for your initiatives, and be accountable for their cross-company execution. You’ll do all this whilst also keeping cost and risk implications in mind, and in an environment of competing demands for resources and frequent re-prioritizations.  The issues you will be dealing with will be central and with high potential to impact the business positively done, you will be the owner, driving multiple cross-functional teams and senior management to get things done, fast and with high quality. Strong communication skills – written and verbal to be able to push your ideas and agendas forward in a clear and simple manner working effectively Experience in working with senior management.  Strategic thinker who can constantly connect the dots between the different parts of the business  Strong analytics skill, able to extract business insights from data. Including hands on analytics Flexible and responsive to dynamic situations, while pursuing the execution consistently, with the ability to perform under pressure.  A humble, caring professional who puts customers and colleagues first and passionate about both their experience.  A team player who understands that collaboration is the key to success, whilst being self-motivated and a self-starter with a “Can do” attitude. Energetic, motivated self-starter who possess strong interpersonal skills and is able to collaborate with various teams across the business and driving execution.

Who you are -

At least 5 years’ experience in business development/ business operation/ sales operation/ program management. Deep understanding of the “Payoneer” flows, policies and decision makers. Data oriented, possesses a high level of attention to detail with strong analytical and business reasoning skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proven experience of working with senior management, including C-level. Demonstrated experience working with and presenting to senior executives. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Leading global projects, from discovery to execution Working in a dynamic environment, establishing relationships with global teams Collecting and translating feedback from both customers and different business teams, across various touch points, identifying processes and areas that need improvements and recommending solutions to improve the business infrastructure, processes, reports, etc. End to end tracking of the business and operational metrics and delivering insights to the business and management on an ongoing basis Establishing and maintaining cross-functional communication and working procedures with internal key stack holders.
