We deliver end-to-end services leveraging deep industry expertise and a strong partner ecosystem to drive tangible business value.Job SummaryLead and deliver data-driven transformation projects by managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives and client expectations in a collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesLead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of data-related projects and transformation initiatives to meet business goalsDefine project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders, data, technology teams, and project sponsorsManage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and governance to ensure successful deliveryCoordinate cross-functional teams to drive project execution and resolve obstaclesDevelop and implement stakeholder engagement and communication plans throughout the project lifecycleMonitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadershipIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to support successful outcomesEnsure project deliverables comply with agreed quality standards and business requirementsSupport change management, user adoption, and project transition activities as neededContribute to proposal development, client presentations, pre-sales support, and business development initiativesPromote project management best practices and continuous improvement across delivery engagementsRequirementsExperience managing data, analytics, data platform, or digital transformation projectsFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologiesKnowledge of data governance, data quality, reporting, or business intelligence conceptsExperience managing geographically dispersed or cross-functional teamsExperience working in consulting, professional services, or client-facing environmentsExposure to proposal development, pre-sales support, or client pursuit activitiesRelevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsExperience delivering data management, data engineering, analytics, reporting, or cloud data platform projectsExperience working in fast-paced consulting and project delivery environments
