Backend Engineer (Generative AI)

Role SummaryWe are seeking a Backend Engineer (Generative AI) to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services that power enterprise AI applications. You will work on AI orchestration, RAG pipelines, cloud-native solutions, and backend platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and production-ready AI systems.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop backend services, APIs, and AI orchestration frameworks for enterprise AI applications.Build and optimize RAG pipelines, AI agent workflows, and cloud-based AI solutions.Develop scalable data pipelines and integrate enterprise knowledge sources with AI applications.Implement vector search, AI monitoring, security, and governance best practices.Collaborate with product, frontend, and platform teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions.Support the continuous improvement, performance, and scalability of AI platforms.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in backend software engineering and API development.Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar technologies.Experience building AI applications using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, vector databases, and backend architecture.Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, AI observability, and workflow automation tools is an advantage.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
