Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering & Stakeholder EngagementPartner with business units across the organization to understand their data and reporting needsFacilitate requirements workshops and interviews to document data requirements, KPIs, and reporting use casesTranslate business requirements into clear data specifications for the data engineering teamAct as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical data platform teamData Transformation & ModellingDesign and develop data transformation logic to prepare curated datasets for reporting and analytics consumptionBuild and maintain data models in Amazon Redshift or the curated/consumption zone of the Data LakeEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness for all reporting datasetsApply data quality checks and validation rules to support trustworthy business insightsDashboard & Visualisation DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau (connected via Amazon Redshift or S3)Create near-real-time operational dashboards, ad-hoc analysis views, and scheduled reports tailored to business unit needsEnsure dashboards are intuitive and accessible for non-technical end usersIterate on dashboard designs based on user feedback and evolving business requirementsData Catalogue & DocumentationDocument data definitions, business glossary terms, and dashboard logic in the AWS Glue Data CatalogueMaintain clear documentation of data sources, transformation logic, and report specificationsSupport self-service analytics by enabling business users to discover and access data independentlyRequirementsEssentialMinimum 3 years of experience in a data engineering, business intelligence, or data analyst roleProficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and modellingHands-on experience with Tableau or equivalent BI tools (Power BI, QuickSight) for dashboard developmentExperience working with cloud data platforms (AWS preferred — Amazon Redshift, S3, AWS Glue)Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirementsExperience in data modelling for analytics (star schema, dimensional modelling)PreferredFamiliarity with Python for data transformation and automationExperience with AWS Glue Data Catalogue or similar metadata management toolsExposure to Salesforce or other SaaS data sourcesPrior experience working in a government, or public sector environmentUnderstanding of data governance and data quality principlesWorking Location : Central**We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
