What matters most is not only years ofexperience, but your ability to build trust, hold meaningful conversations,follow up with discipline, and create commercial momentum.This is not a basic lead generation role. We already useLinkedIn, research tools, automation, and CRM systems to identify potentialclients. What we need is someone who can bring the human relationship layer— engaging clients, understanding their challenges, building rapport, andhelping turn conversations into business opportunities.What We Are Looking ForWe are open to candidates who may come from:Recruitment or staffing B2B sales SaaS or technology sales HR tech Consulting or professional services Customer success or account management Fresh or early-career talent with strong communication skills and commercial curiosity Key ResponsibilitiesBuild relationships with potential clients across AI, Data, Digital, SaaS, Cloud, Infrastructure, Web3, and emerging technology sectors. Engage founders, HR leaders, technology leaders, and business decision-makers in meaningful conversations. Understand client hiring challenges, growth plans, and talent needs. Support the creation of target account lists and client engagement plans. Follow up consistently after meetings and outreach. Maintain CRM discipline, client notes, and pipeline visibility. Work closely with the Head of Celotti Tech Talent on client meetings and commercial opportunities. Attend networking events, business meetings, and industry sessions where relevant. Help position Celotti Tech Talent as a strategic talent partner, not just a recruitment vendor. The Person We WantYou may be experienced, or you may still be building yourcareer. Either way, you should be:Warm, confident, and comfortable speaking with people. Curious about business, technology, AI, and talent. Strong in follow-up and personal discipline. Able to learn quickly and adapt. Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, CRM, and research tools. Proactive rather than waiting for instructions. Relationship-led, not purely transactional. Able to bring energy into meetings and conversations. Experience LevelWe are open to different experience levels: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, Technology, or a related discipline.Executive level:You may have 0–2 years of experience but strongcommunication skills, curiosity, and hunger to learn.
