Server Delivery Operations Specialist

About the RoleThe Server Delivery Operations Specialist tracks, organizes and maintains operational data, and assists in project management to support the daily operations related to data center infrastructure and environment. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain various operational data according to established templates and rules, regularly output basic analysis results, and support project decision-making and resource planning.Use Microsoft Excel to filter, organize, and aggregate multi-source data (including filtering, basic formulas, pivot tables, etc.), supporting project meetings, stage reports, and operational reviews.Assist with project management tasks, including: tracking task status, updating project plans, organizing meeting minutes, maintaining lists of issues and risks, and ensuring that responsible persons complete rectifications or handling on time.For data anomalies, process bottlenecks, or delivery risks, record, report, and follow up according to the process, promote closed loops within the agreed timeframe, and archive and briefly review the handling results.Support daily operations and specialized projects related to data center infrastructure as arranged by the team. Job QualificationsDiploma or bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in information technology, engineering, logistics, supply chain management, or related fields.Basic understanding of data center infrastructure, such as server delivery processes, cabinet/slot concepts, and basic knowledge of data center resources (power, network, racks, etc.).Strong Chinese communication skills, able to use Chinese for daily work communication and document reading; Basic English reading and writing skills are preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, skilled in filtering, sorting, basic functions (such as VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, etc.), and pivot tables for data organization and preliminary analysis.Data sensitivity, able to quickly identify obvious data anomalies and logical errors, and possess good numerical comprehension skills.Basic project management awareness, able to understand task priorities and timelines, follow up according to plan, and promptly report risks and deviations.Good execution and process tracking skills, strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and meticulous work, able to maintain stable quality standards amid repetitive tasks.About Centific Centific is a frontier AI data foundry that curates diverse, high-quality data, using our purpose-built technology platforms to empower the Magnificent Seven and our enterprise clients with safe, scalable AI deployment.
