Data Migration & Reporting Test Analyst

•  Must have a minimum of 4-8 years of IT experience • Must have strong SQL proficiency.• Experience in data migration, data warehouse, data lake, BI, reporting, or analytics testing.• Experience performing source-to-target reconciliation and data validation.•   Experience testing complex business rules, calculations, and reporting outputs.• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.• Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
