Join Coupang now to create an epic experience in this always-on, high-tech, and hyper-connected world.  Role Overview  As a Technical Project Manager, you will work closely with members of multiple business teams to help define, streamline, design and analysis data to build business requirements and then work with Global Technology Services teams to articulate requirements, further perform functional & technical data & system analysis, drive engineering to implementation.  In addition, the ideal candidate must possess a high degree of collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate effectively on many levels.  What You Will Do

Strong functional & technical analytical & design capability to understand Common & shared platforms, infrastructure, & services with underlying data  Should be able to dive deep to come up with new service & infrastructure scenarios that helps solving systems bigger problems by simplifying our services & infrastructure and help increase productivity & efficiency or every system and service in the company  Strong blend of technical, business, and program management experience that enables seamless communication across teams, project execution and great customer reach  Own, manage and deliver multiple large scale, complex programs across organizations with ease of simplicity, taking teams along to the path of success  Creates, evolves, and communicates specifications for feature areas that enable cohesive, compatible, iterable scenarios that span multiple feature teams and enable a durable multi-year vision  Should be able to come up with scenarios and business requirements by analyzing data and business needs  Identify, Propose and Implement ongoing data strategy and drive data quality improvements  Establishes, enables and improves systems to manage product feedback from customers to resolve issues  Reviews and contributes to ecosystem design

Basic Qualifications

At least 13 to 15 years of related work experience.  Expert‐level knowledge of project and change management, methodologies, techniques, processes (e.g., Project and Portfolio Management Methodology – PPM)  Budget, cost and profitability management skills  Solid Data Center, Compute & Network Infrastructure and IT service delivery experience  Flexible, adaptable and resourceful when managing changing timelines and multiple deliverables  Demonstrated ability to plan and execute technology projects and system implementations effectively  Management skills with demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously  Motivated to build relationships at executive levels with technology, solutions, customers and vendor groups  Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities in a matrixed environment  Proven problem solving and negotiation skills in multi-party situations  Exceptional communication skills, executive presentation skills, relationship building skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization  Excellent cross-group collaboration and communication skills  Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail  Strong cultural change management experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in one or more of the following areas: data center or network infrastructure program/ project management or related technical field.  Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.  PMP or PgMP highly desired  Knowledge of resource management tools  Ability to influence without authority

Our Hybrid work model: Coupang hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration that acts a catalyst to enrich the experience of employees. Employees are required to work at least 3 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week, depending on the role requirement.
