The gig As an analytics leader, you won't just provide data—you will actively shape the strategy of our financial services business.

Lead and mentor a team of analysts to drive business outcomes and growth, using high-fidelity data to inform sustainable decision-making across our product ecosystem. Own the end-to-end analytics function—designing the right team structure, hiring top talent, building capabilities, and setting an uncompromisingly high bar for problem-solving. Partner closely with business and product leaders, acting as a translator who turns complex business challenges into clear, solvable analytical problem statements. Empower your team to generate holistic, unbiased analyses that directly influence product roadmaps and business strategy. Champion a data-driven culture across various functions, effectively influencing stakeholders and driving cross-functional initiatives. Act as a core strategic partner within your pod, going far beyond a traditional analytics counterpart to actively co-create the business roadmap.

Job Requirements

7+ years of relevant analytics experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a Product Analytics role, plus proven experience directly managing and developing a team. Deep proficiency handling large-scale data and running complex analyses using SQL. You possess the data modeling skills necessary to understand data flows and manage ETL processes at scale. A natural curiosity for how products work under the hood, paired with a strong penchant for business strategy and commercial outcomes. Highly analytical with the ability to consistently apply the right frameworks and methodologies to solve ambiguous problems. A solid understanding of dashboarding principles with hands-on experience building actionable dashboards (prior experience with QlikSense is a plus). Background in FinTech, payments, or financial services. Statistical modeling experience using Python or R is also a great-to-have.
