Data and Integration Analyst

Job:• Driving integration and data migration tracks, providing technical oversight, governance, and quality assurance over external vendor deliverables and legacy systems (including SAP).• Act as a client-side custodian to ensure data pipelines and interface designs are executed comprehensively.• This role requires high agility and good communication skills; you will serve as a cross-functional technical bridge, translating complex ideas between business users and vendors, and pivoting dynamically to support other project tracks during peak periods.Role:• Evaluate technical vendor deliverables, including source-to-target data mapping documents, interface specifications, and migration blueprints.• Review proposed data cleansing rules, ETL logic, pipeline architectures, and API designs to ensure they meet internal standards before recommending leadership approval.• Actively monitor milestones across data cleansing, migration, and integration tracks, identifying technical risks or delivery bottlenecks early.• Act as the primary translator between business users and technical vendors, ensuring technical solutions accurately resolve business problems.• Pivot flexibly to assist adjacent project streams during critical project phases.• Partner with security and governance teams to ensure all interface designs (APIs, file transfers) and migration pipelines adhere to regulatory standards.• Collaborate with downstream data analytics teams to ensure migrated historical data and real-time interface structures support BI tools and data warehousing.Requirements:• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT, specifically within data migration, system integration, or large-scale IT transformation projects.• Proven experience working on legacy systems; familiarity with SAP environments is advantageous.• Demonstrated experience working alongside external vendors and system integrators.• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical business users.• Comfortable facilitating workshops, gathering requirements from business units, and managing vendor accountability.• A proactive mindset with the willingness and capability to learn and support adjacent project tracks during peak deployment times.• This role will need to secure a clearance, due to the sensitivity of the project.To apply:Please send your latest CV in MS Word format to [email protected] the interest of all applicants; however only shortlisted candidates will be notified.EA Licence No: 20S0237
