Business Systems Manager - Singapore

KEY OBJECTIVES:

Assisting in the delivery of commercial grade functional applications and integration mechanism across line of business application for ALTRAD Services Asia Pacific in compliance with ALTRAD’s ICT architecture framework.

Assisting in the general development exercises across Altrad’s software landscape and participate in Altrad APAC’s research and development activities.

Deliver commercial grade multipurpose data model to support the Business Intelligence and reporting initiatives using ALTRAD’s data integration guidelines.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

· Participate in developing controlled modifications to existing line of business (LOB) aligning to APAC’s guideline on local software modifications.

· Orchestrate, develop and maintain inter and intra line of business (LOB) application integration points (including SharePoint, HR system, Operational System) as well as our ERP system

· Orchestrate, develop, expand and maintain enterprise data marts and data models to support system integration needs

· Supporting all ERP CEMLI (Customisations, Extension, Modification, Localisation and Integration) in Altrad’s ERP, HR Systems, Operational System and all future back office systems.

· Documenting all integration points and relevant technical deliverables both against internal or external solutions.

· Provide accessible layer for reports based on sustainable data models and framework.

· Provide technical guidance to Altrad’s offshore development team where required by the project – the talent may be required to lead a small team of offshore development team where required.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

· Relevant degree in computer science or Informatics

· 8 years of experience a software engineer or relevant positions to support this hands-on leadership role

· 2-3 years of experience a technical manager or relevant positions to support in engineering firms

· Working knowledge of Microsoft’s Azure development stack (Azure AppServices, ServiceBus, SQL, Storage) alongside working knowledge of Microsoft ASP.Net Core and Entity Framework

· Working knowledge of REST API (using, testing, creating)

· Working knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Flow, Power BI and related technologies, including Azure)

· Advanced knowledge of data modelling and SQL Server technology stack

· Advanced knowledge of Business Process Mapping technologies and integration orchestration methodologies

· Advanced proviciencies in top tier off-the-shelf product like Pronto, Primavera, Definitiv, ADP and specialised Engineering Services domain of knowledge software packages
