About the Role: We are looking for a CRM & Growth Manager - Credit to drive customer engagement, retention, and product growth through data-driven CRM strategies. This role will own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing journey by designing and executing personalized campaigns across multiple CRM channels, optimizing customer journeys, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve user engagement, conversions, and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end CRM strategy and execution across Push Notifications, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and RCS to drive user engagement, retention, and product growth. Design, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns, including drip campaigns and drop-off journeys, to improve user activation, conversions, and DAU/WAU/MAU. Monitor and optimize campaign performance by tracking key metrics such as delivery rate, CTR, open rate, and conversion rate, ensuring timely and efficient campaign execution. Collaborate closely with Growth, Product, Business, Analytics, and Creative teams to build data-driven CRM initiatives aligned with customer insights, business goals, and product launches. Continuously experiment through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and lifecycle automation to improve customer engagement and maximize campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications / Skills / Experience Expected:
4- 6 years of experience in CRM, Growth, or Lifecycle Marketing Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (WebEngage, MoEngage, CleverTap, etc.) Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention Experience managing multi-channel CRM campaigns (Push, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, RCS) Analytical mindset with expertise in campaign optimization and performance metrics Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Self-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about growth and experimentation Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent relevant experience)
