Data Science AI Engineer

We are looking for a Data and AI Scientist to design and develop reusable, scalable, and cost-effective cloud-nativedata and AI products. You will be part of an AI development team responsible for exploring and developingapplications with current state-of-the-art AI technologies. You will participate as a subject-matter expert in crossfunctional teams working on addressing common industry challenges with data and AI. Successful candidates willbe working in a fast-paced environment and participate in multiple projects with technology partners from theindustry to develop data-driven and AI-driven products and services that could make a significant positive impact onsociety.If you are passionate in ML, always curious about the latest AI development and have been practically working onthe real-world problems, join us in our journey, and jointly architect Singapore’s digital future.Key Responsibilities• Work with product owners, engineering teams, and industry partners throughout the product developmentlifecycle from concept, design, prototyping, acceptance testing, data curation, delivery, operationalisation,industry proliferation, to product end-of-life• Technical assessment on the maturity, viability, and suitability of AI research, technologies and trends that arerelevant to the industry• Develop and deploy software components based on microservices-based architecture• Participate in agile secure software development processes and best practices, documentation of userrequirements and software codes during the software development lifecycle• Propose, implement, and validate algorithms, ensuring functional and non-functional requirements such astransparency, fairness, scalability, security, integration complexity and operational costsRequirements1. Background in engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics or equivalent2. Strong technical knowledge in AI3. Good understanding of the latest research and technologies in AI for production deployment4. Strong coding experience in programming languages such as Python and/or C++5. Experience working with libraries for data manipulation, visualization, machine learning, and reporting.6. Hands-on experience with one or more deep learning frameworks, e.g., TensorFlow, Torch7. Extensive experience with OpenAI and Claude code-based prompt engineering.8. Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI Agents, RAG and vector/graph databases.9. Strong understanding of 3D geometry, vector math, and coordinate systems10. Experience with algorithms for mesh manipulation, Boolean operations, and geometric transformations11. Proficiency in relevant 3D modeling or CAD software (e.g., Blender, Rivet) and/or programming libraries (e.g.,OpenGL, CGAL, Three.js)12. Team player with the ability to work in a cross-functional team with excellent interpersonal skills13. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong presentation and engagement skills
