Service Crew – Chinese Restaurant📍 Work LocationsWaterway Point | Jewel Changi AirportJoin Our Growing Service Team!We are looking for friendly, energetic and service-oriented Service Crew to join our Chinese restaurant team at Waterway Point and Jewel Changi Airport.Whether you have F&B experience or are looking to start your career in the restaurant industry, we welcome individuals who are willing to learn, work as a team and provide excellent customer service.Your RoleYou will be trained to support different service areas, including:Dine-In Service – Take orders, serve food and beverages, and attend to customers' needs.Cashier – Process dine-in and takeaway orders and handle cash and digital payments accurately.Bar – Prepare and serve Chinese tea, beverages and drinks according to standards.Host / Guest Service – Welcome customers, assist with reservations and seating, and respond to enquiries.Takeaway & Order Coordination – Coordinate orders with the kitchen and service team to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment.Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.Support the team in keeping restaurant operations smooth, especially during peak periods.What We Are Looking ForFriendly, positive and customer-oriented personality.Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.F&B or Chinese restaurant experience is an advantage.No experience?
