Our mission is to innovate and develop user-centric technologies to empower facility maintainers and management professionals with all the strategic and actionable business intelligence for achieving greater efficiency in a sustainable build environment.Job SummaryWork as a member of the Technical Service Team, responsible in logistics & preparation, delivery, installation, test and commissioning of IoTs sensors, digital displays and related hardware.ResponsibilitiesConduct onsite surveys to assess project requirements and prepare for hardware installationConfigure and install IoTs devices including sensors, tablets, and digital displays according to project specificationsPerform testing and commissioning of IoTs hardware to ensure proper functionality before deliveryProvide onsite technical support and troubleshoot issues related to IoTs devices promptly and effectivelyPre-test and prepare IoTs devices prior to delivery, ensuring all technical and hardware documentation is accurate and updated timelyRespond to support tickets and collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical support requests efficientlyParticipate in continuous learning and training to stay updated with the latest advancements in IoTs technologiesRequired competencies and certificationsHold a GCE 'N' or 'O' Level, NTEC, or professional training Diploma in a related disciplinePossess a Class 2/3 driving license or have own transportation to support onsite visitsPreferred competencies and qualificationsDemonstrate familiarity with Android and iOS operating systems to support device configuration and troubleshootingShow proficiency in Microsoft® Office applications to manage documentation and communicationExhibit strong attention to detail and a customer service attitude to ensure quality support and client satisfactionDisplay adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools to keep pace with evolving IoTs solutionsFresh applicants with strong passion in smart technology are welcome to apply; training will be provided
