The UX & UI Experience Designer and Tester will beresponsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and accessible user experiencesfor AI and digital transformation initiatives.Working closely with the Product Owner and cross-functionalteams, this role ensures that user needs are translated into effective designsolutions and UI solutions, and validates these solutions through usabilitytesting, feedback and iterative refinement.The designer will support both conceptual and detaileddesign efforts, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs,while playing a critical role in ensuring solution usability, visualconsistency and adoption.1. User Research and Experience DesignConduct user research, interviews, and contextual inquiries to understand user needs, behaviours, pain points and understand AI product needs.Create user personas, journey maps, and experience flows to inform solution design.Translate business and functional requirements into interaction models, wireframes, user task flows, screen designs, prototypes and UI details that promote ease of use and optimize the user experience to support usability and user-centered design.Expertise in information architecture directly supporting AI decision trees and content hierarchies.Assist in integrating branding and consistent visual languages across multiple AI platforms.Design interactions and animations tailored for AI outputs, such as conversational agents, Agentic AI, predictive text.2. Collaborative Design DeliveryWork closely with Product Owner, developers, and stakeholders to co-design solutions aligned with project goals.Participate in agile ceremonies and incorporate feedback from sprints and demos into iterative design improvements.Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and adherence to UI/UX best practices across AI applications.3. Usability Testing and Feedback LoopDesign and execute usability test plans, including task-based testing, A/B testing, and surveys.Analyze test results to identify usability issues, collect actionable insights, and propose design enhancements.Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by validating the final implementation against design intent and user requirements.4. Documentation and Design AssetsDevelop and maintain design documentation including design systems, screen specifications, color palettes, typography, icons, buttons, annotated prototypes and other visual elements specific to AI UI.Create user guides or onboarding materials to facilitate solution adoption when needed.5. Continuous Improvement and InnovationMonitor post-implementation user experience and recommend enhancements.Analyze competitive interfaces to identify design opportunities and gaps in AI-driven applications.Stay up to date with UX/UI trends, tools, and AI interface design patterns to inform solution improvement.Skills for Success:5 - 8 years of experience in UI/UX design and testingExperience in Customer/User journey maps and experience flows.Good to have experience in AI, analytics, or process automation.Good to have experience in Workshop facilitation and storytelling for design justification.Good to have experience in designing conversation flows, error handling, and multi-turn interactions for AI chatbots or virtual assistants.Proficiency in design tools – Figma, Usability testing techniques and Prototyping and wireframing
