AI Testing & Assurance Manager (Public Sector)

The OpportunityAdecco is partnering with public sector to look for an AI Testing & Assurance Manager.A hybrid AI assurance, accreditation, and stakeholder management role responsible for evaluating and accrediting AI testing firms while shaping standards and strengthening Singapore's AI governance and testing ecosystem.The TalentRequirements & SkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, IT, or related disciplines.Certifications in AI governance (e.g., AIGP) or GenAI/Agentic AI testing are advantageous.3–5 years of experience in AI testing, GenAI/LLM evaluation, software quality assurance, or related technical assessment roles.Strong understanding of AI development lifecycles, AI safety, reliability, and governance.Experience in accreditation, certification, audit, or assurance programmes is highly valued.Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, responsible AI principles, and relevant standards (e.g., ISO/IEC AI standards).Experience engaging senior stakeholders across technical, business, and public-sector environments.Strong analytical skills to evaluate technical claims and make accreditation decisions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a rapidly evolving AI and regulatory landscape.Commercial awareness of the AI testing and assurance market.Strong interest and network within Singapore's AI ecosystem.Strong report writing, documentation, and programme management skills.Job DescriptionLead the complete accreditation process for AI testing service providers, from application review and technical assessment to accreditation decisions and annual renewals.Assess firms' technical capabilities in AI testing, particularly for Generative AI, LLM-based, and Agentic AI systems.Evaluate testing methodologies against recognised frameworks and guidelines, including AI safety, reliability, and governance standards.Develop and maintain accreditation criteria, evaluation frameworks, assessment rubrics, and programme documentation.Collaborate with industry, government agencies, and international partners to enhance accreditation standards and ensure they remain relevant.Engage AI developers, deployers, and testing firms to understand market needs and support the growth of Singapore's AI assurance ecosystem.Monitor emerging AI risks, testing methodologies, governance frameworks, and industry standards.Next Step:Send your updated cv at [email protected] Subject: AI Testing & Assurance Manager (Public Sector)Only shortlisted candidates will be contactedLim Jia YiEA License No: 91C2918Personnel Registration Number: R24119814
