Areas of Interest·      Business Development-         Support business reviews, planning and performance tracking -         Identify new market growth opportunities and address performance gaps·      Analytics & Business Intelligence-         Transform data into actionable insights and recommendations-         Develop performance visibility through reporting and analytics·      Data & AI Enablement-         Ensure data governance and reporting accuracy-         Leverage analytics, automation and AI to enhance commercial effectiveness·      Activation Excellence-         Drive execution excellence through performance monitoring-         Translate insights into actions that improve productivity and commercial outcomes  Who we’re looking for·       Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent ·       A motivated, driven, and achievement-oriented individual with a growth mindset and strong learning agility·       Abilityto work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously·      Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, and Microsoft Excel to develop scalable reporting, analytics, and decision-support solutions·      Proven ability to transform complex datasets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. ·      Exposure to Salesforce Analytics / CRM Analytics, AI-enabled solutions, or Python for analytics and automation is an advantage. ·       Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence decisions through insights
