Responsibilities: Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with regulators and government authorities across priority APAC markets
Establish and nurture Binance's presence in regional financial industry bodies and associations, leveraging existing memberships or building new affiliations
Engage local GR agencies and advisory firms to secure access to senior regulatory conversations in markets where direct relationships are not yet established
Represent Binance in stakeholder meetings, articulating the company's positioning and gathering intelligence on regulatory expectations and market access requirements
Own the full contract lifecycle for Government Relations vendors and consultancy partnerships
Manage P&L for the APAC GR function, ensuring all engagements are compliant and properly documented
Partner closely with the Legal/Policy team to ensure a seamless handoff on substantive regulatory and policy matters
Requirements: Proven background in government relations, public affairs, or policy advisory — ideally within a regional agency or consultancy operating across multiple APAC markets
Demonstrated ability to open doors and secure conversations with senior regulators, even without pre-existing personal relationships
Existing membership in or working relationships with regional financial industry bodies and associations
Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly in unfamiliar environments
High comfort level with administrative and operational responsibilities, including vendor management, contract oversight, and budget tracking
Willingness to travel across APAC
