Across all clients and sectors, we believe great customer experiences create greater impact. That elevating the human experience creates enduring value, for the organization, for the customer, for society, for all.Responsibilities: Define enterprise AI strategies, architectures and roadmaps aligned to business objectives.Design scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions across enterprise environments.Lead AI discovery workshops, use-case identification, solutioning and technical discussions with clients.Architect solutions incorporating LLMs, RAG, AI agents, APIs, data platforms and cloud technologies.Define integration, data, security, governance and responsible AI approaches.Lead technical delivery and provide architecture oversight across AI programmes.Support pre-sales through proposals, solution design, estimates, demos and POCs.Mentor AI engineering and architecture teams and contribute to capability development.Requirements:15+ years of experience in technology architecture, AI/ML, data or digital transformation.Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise AI / Generative AI solutions.Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering and AI/ML platforms.Experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, integration, security and AI governance.Consulting experience is mandatory, with strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.Experience leading technical teams and complex enterprise transformation programmes.Strong communication and ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical business solutions.Experience in AI pre-sales, workshops, proposals and POCs is highly desirable.
