Job SummaryWe are looking for a friendly and sales-driven Retail Sales Associate to join our jewelry/gold retail team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, promoting gold and jewelry products, and supporting daily store operations.Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Customer ServiceGreet and assist customers in a professional and friendly mannerRecommend suitable gold/jewelry products based on customer needsExplain product details (e.g., gold purity such as 916/999, pricing, craftsmanship)Achieve individual and team sales targets2. Product HandlingEnsure proper display and arrangement of jewelry productsHandle gold and jewelry items with care and responsibilityAssist in stock replenishment and product tagging3. Store OperationsSupport daily store operations including opening and closing dutiesMaintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standardsAssist in stocktaking and inventory checks4. Cashiering & TransactionsOperate POS system and process payments accuratelyHandle cash, card payments, and digital payments (e.g., PayNow)Issue receipts and maintain transaction records5. Security AwarenessFollow strict security procedures when handling gold/jewelryStay alert to prevent theft or lossReport any suspicious activities to managementRequirementsEducation & ExperienceMinimum Secondary School / Nitec / DiplomaPrior retail or sales experience preferred (jewelry/luxury retail is a plus)Fresh graduates with strong interest in retail are welcomeSkills & CompetenciesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSales-oriented with positive attitudeHonest, responsible, and detail-orientedAble to work in a fast-paced retail environmentPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of gold/jewelry products (916/999 gold, diamonds, etc.)Bilingual in English and Chinese (to serve diverse customers)Experience using POS systems
