Whether you want a career that could take you to the top, or simply take you in an exciting new direction, HSBC offers opportunities, support and rewards that will take you further.We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Data Analytics. In this role you will:Work with cross-functional senior stakeholders to generate business analysis/insights improve commercial outcomesMachine learning model building to:Sharpen targeting of customers/producers who need enhanced monitoringImprove/automate existing workflowsBuild or enhance dashboards to better measure effectiveness of all customer outreach initiatives, producer’s productivity, etc..Work with data engineers to enhance and/or fix errors in tables within data marts and data warehouseIdentify new triggers or enhance existing triggers to improve customer engagement/targetingContinuously identify better ways of working within the team, this includes but not limited to automation of existing scripts or workflowsManage end-to-end implementation of campaigns (requirement gathering, base sizing, rollout of leads, sending out communications, tracking of initiatives effectiveness, campaign fulfillment)To be successful you will need:Deep hands-on experience in Python and BigQuery is mandatoryStrong experience doing business analysis and presentation of insights to stakeholdersHands on experience building dashboardsExperience in enterprise level development and deployment of machine learning models is a huge advantage.Experience in insurance industry is a plusOpening up a world of opportunityHSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
