In this pivotal role, we expect a leader who leads from the trenches—someone who possesses the "Hunter" instinct to personally secure high-value IDC and AI compute contracts, while simultaneously exhibiting the strategic vision to build and mentor a high-performing sales team.You are not just a manager; you are a strategic architect of our regional growth. We expect you to deeply understand the technical nuances of the AI infrastructure market and leverage that expertise to navigate complex B2B sales cycles. As Head of Sales in Singapore, you will be responsible for leveraging OF. TECHNOLOGY's global resources to ensure that OF. TECHNOLOGY becomes the preferred infrastructure partner for the region's most ambitious technology innovators.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Sales & Revenue Growth· Rack & Compute Conversion: Focus on the sales conversion of all IDC rack resources and AI compute clusters. Develop bespoke infrastructure solutions to rapidly increase rack occupancy rates and revenue contribution. · Large-scale Deal Management: Lead the full sales cycle for complex, high-value deals, providing end-to-end management from solution design to contract finalization. 2. Key Account Acquisition · Market Expansion: Independently identify and acquire "head" clients in emerging sectors, including Tier-1 Internet companies, Cloud Service Providers, AI Labs, FinTech, and Government/Enterprise sectors.· Quota Achievement: Take full ownership of annual sales targets and drive consistent pipeline development to ensure sustainable growth. 3. Ecosystem & Channel Development · Partnership Building: Expand industry ecosystems and build robust channel partnerships. Architect and implement structured distribution and resale cooperation frameworks to scale market reach. 4. Full-Cycle Project Management · Consultative Selling: Lead the formulation of pre-sales technical solutions, commercial negotiations, and contract signing.· SLA Assurance: Collaborate closely with O&M and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and strictly adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLA). 5. Leadership & Strategy · Team Mentorship: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing local sales team; foster a culture of accountability and professional excellence. · Competitive Intelligence: Perform dynamic analysis of competitor IDC pricing and resource layouts to output differentiated, high-value competitive solutions. Qualifications· Professional Experience: 5+ years of proven success in enterprise sales within IDC, Cloud Computing, ICT, or AI sectors.· Leadership Capability: Prior experience (2+ years) in a team lead or supervisory role, with the ability to operate as a "Playing Coach" (leading by example).· Technical Savvy: Deep understanding of technical parameters for IDC, Cloud, and AI compute (GPU) solutions.
