We are growing rapidly across all our locations and are looking for top talent to join our expanding team.Role OverviewThe Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) is a critical bridge between advanced AI capabilities and real-world industrial deployment. This role works at the intersection of customer needs, domain expertise, and product evolution—ensuring AI solutions deliver measurable outcomes in production environments.FDEs translate complex manufacturing challenges into deployable AI workflows, enabling scalable, high-impact transformation across factories.Key Responsibilities 1. Customer-Facing Deployment & ExecutionLead on-site or remote deployment of AI solutions in industrial environments (semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, etc.)Translate customer requirements into practical system configurations and AI workflowsDrive end-to-end implementation: integration, validation, and optimization2. Problem Solving & Solution DesignDiagnose complex production and system challenges using data, domain knowledge, and engineering principlesRapidly find the solutions or communicate the problem through internal system to product or Development team for the problem fixEnsure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with real production constraints3. Bridge Product & RealityAct as the feedback loop between customers and product teamsConvert deployment insights into product improvements, new features, and reusable modulesContribute to building standardized, scalable deployment frameworks4. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with AI engineers, product managers, and domain expertsCommunicate effectively with customer stakeholders across engineering, operations, and management levelsRequired QualificationsMust be legally eligible to work in Malaysia / Singapore without the need for a work pass or visa sponsorship.We welcome fresh graduates or junior candidates with 1-2 years of related experience.
