Strategic Initiatives Lead (Payments & Digital Assets)About the RoleOur client is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Lead to support business-critical initiatives across payments, digital assets, and emerging financial infrastructure.This role sits at the intersection of business, operations, product, compliance, and technology, and will play a key role in driving cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment, navigating ambiguity, influencing stakeholders, and driving outcomes across multiple workstreams. This is not a traditional project management role. Instead, it requires someone who can identify priorities, solve problems, align stakeholders, and help turn strategic objectives into execution.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive strategic and operational initiatives across multiple business functionsPartner closely with business, product, operations, compliance, legal, and technology teams to ensure successful execution of key initiativesTranslate business objectives and opportunities into actionable plans and measurable outcomesCoordinate stakeholders across internal teams and external partners, including financial institutions, payment providers, technology vendors, and ecosystem partnersSupport the launch and scaling of new products, services, partnerships, and market initiativesIdentify operational gaps, process inefficiencies, and execution risks, and drive appropriate solutionsEstablish and improve operational frameworks, workflows, and governance processes where requiredTrack initiative progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery against business objectivesPrepare materials, updates, and recommendations for leadership discussions and decision-makingRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or a related disciplineExperience within fintech, payments, financial infrastructure, digital assets, blockchain, or technology-driven businessesProven experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business, product, operations, compliance, and technology stakeholdersStrong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and execution capabilitiesAbility to operate independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervisionComfortable working within a dynamic and evolving environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityPreferred ExperienceBusiness OperationsStrategic InitiativesFounder’s OfficeChief of StaffProduct OperationsPayments StrategyFintech OperationsBusiness TransformationDigital Asset OperationsFinancial InfrastructureWhat Success Looks LikeThe successful candidate will be someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, align stakeholders across different functions, and drive meaningful business outcomes.
