Our client is a leading medical supply chain solutions industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Business Analysis Manager to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.Responsibilities for Business Analysis Manager:Business Performance ManagementAnalyse key business metrics including sales, profitability, inventory, and operations to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Design and maintain reporting dashboards and performance indicators for management review.Track performance against targets and budgets, providing insights and recommendations to support achievement of business goals.Strategic Planning & Business SupportSupport budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.Build financial and commercial models to evaluate new initiatives, product launches, and business opportunities.Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Operations, and Compliance to support business execution.Data Governance & Process ImprovementEnsure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of business data across systems and reports.Support ongoing improvements in reporting processes, tools, and data management practices.Customer & Commercial AnalyticsAnalyse customer behaviour, purchasing patterns, and product usage trends to identify growth and risk areas.Develop and maintain customer segmentation frameworks based on revenue, product mix, purchase frequency, and value contribution.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, commercial finance, business intelligence, or strategic planning in healthcare/medical industry Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click APPLY NOW or email an updated copy of your resume/cv.We regret that only shortlisted candidate will be notified.Email Address: [email protected] Pte.
