Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS)

AiChat is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our B2B marketing, demand generation, digital campaigns and content strategy across Singapore and regional markets. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute campaigns that generate qualified leads, pipeline and revenue. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute B2B demand generation and lead-generation campaigns. Drive SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) to improve organic and AI-search visibility. Manage social media marketing, particularly LinkedIn and other B2B channels. Plan and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Manage marketing automation, EDM, email nurturing and lead segmentation. Develop content including blogs, case studies, landing pages, thought leadership and marketing collateral. Plan and execute events, exhibitions and webinars. Create and edit marketing assets using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Work closely with Sales to improve MQLs, opportunities and marketing-generated pipeline. Track campaign performance, CPL, conversion rates, traffic and ROI.

Requirements 7–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology, SaaS or AI. Strong experience in demand generation, digital marketing and content marketing. Good knowledge of SEO, GEO and AI-search optimisation. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and social media marketing. Experience with marketing automation, EDM and CRM platforms. Strong writing and content-development skills. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience organising events and webinars. Commercially driven, analytical and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
