The Director of RevenueOperations will lead the strategic development and execution of a unifiedrevenue operations framework that accelerates growth, scales performance, anddrives commercial excellence across sales, marketing, and customer success withinEmerson Fluid & Motion Control – Asia Pacific.This role is accountable forbuilding the operational backbone of commercial success—optimizing engagementprocesses, delivering consistent customer experiences, and enabling data-drivendecisions across the region. By enhancing how we operate across the fullcustomer lifecycle, the Director will ensure executional rigor andcross-functional alignment.Reporting to the VicePresident, Global Revenue Operations, the Director will translate strategicpriorities into operational outcomes, partnering with senior stakeholders tosupport long-term revenue and market performance.In this Role, YourResponsibilities Will Be:Business Intelligence:· Drive growth and market expansion byidentifying and prioritizing opportunities through robust analysis of internalperformance data, customer engagement patterns, and market trends. · Assess the effectiveness of go-to-marketmodels, using data to refine strategies and optimize execution. · Establish and monitor key performanceindicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights and regular updates to seniorleadership, facilitating refinement of programs and strategies.Process Optimization:· Champion the simplification andstandardization of key commercial processes to improve efficiency, consistency,and the customer experience across all relevant functions. · Identify and remove friction points in salesexecution and customer engagement workflows. Ensure alignment with commercialexcellence and operational scalability goals.Channel Strategy &Segmentation:· Design and maintain data-driven channelsegmentation models to support regional sales execution, customer coverage, andresource allocation.· Analyze partner performance, coverage gaps,and cost-to-serve to support decisions on direct vs. indirect motions andchannel structure optimization.· Partner closely with Sales to validatesegmentation models and support in-field execution, ensuring that channelstrategy design and performance insights are tightly linked to commercialoutcomes.Customer Services & DigitalSales:· Provide direct leadership and strategicdirection to the Customer Services and Digital Sales teams across the region.· Ensure consistent, high-quality customerinteractions from order entry through post-sale support, reinforcing a seamlesscustomer experience.· Align inside sales activities with broadercommercial objectives—supporting funnel development, account engagement, andsales efficiency.· Collaborate with global counterparts tostandardize service models, share best practices, and continuously improve thecustomer journey.Commercial Systems & Tools:· Drive adoption and optimization of CRM systemslike Salesforce and business intelligence tools to boost efficiency, enablereal-time performance tracking, and improve forecasting and funnel management.· Utilize enablement tools such as Seismic toempower commercial teams with intelligent automation and predictive insights.Pricing Strategy:· Implement pricing strategies for the region,delivering data-driven insights on price sensitivity, competitive positioning,and customer value perception.· Support the implementation of discountingframeworks and value-based pricing initiatives.· Oversee pricing effectiveness and complianceacross channels, identifying areas for improvement and representing the regionin global pricing discussions.Cross-Department Collaboration:· Partner with leaders from neighboringdepartments to ensure smooth execution of revenue-generating initiatives andfoster cross-functional alignment.Who You Are:You use knowledge of businessdrivers and how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions.You readily distinguish between what’s relevant and what’s unimportant to makesense of complex situations.
