Business Intelligence & Process Improvement Analyst (Shipping & Logistics)

ResponsibilitiesPartner with regional and operational teams to support digital initiatives and improve business processes.Monitor KPIs, perform root cause analysis, and recommend actions to improve performance.Analyze operational costs and trends, provide insights, and support regional performance reviews.Drive adoption of new digital tools and identify opportunities to streamline manual workflows.Develop BI dashboards and reports, delivering actionable insights to support decision-making.RequirementsDegree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in container shipping, maritime, or logistics.Experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and data analysis.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent English communication skills in a global business environment.Familiarity with Python, Google Apps Script, or automation tools is an advantage.Interested candidates, please apply here
