Join us to reshape the future of banking by driving impactful change and innovation within a dynamic, evolving environment.About the roleWe are looking for an independent candidate capable in running key tracks under the GenAI project portfolio with our Customer Servicing Hub (CSH) team; main stakeholders includes both CCTR & BusinessCare teams regionally. Additionally, candidate also has an opportunity to partner our Data Chapter teams from Transformation & Data group and ensure a smooth liaison and adherance to GenAI governance lifecycle for the respective GenAI tracks.In this role, the candidate will drive the design, delivery and management of GenAI projects and governance under customer servicing team for the CSO Assistant initiative, with a focus on improving employee experience and supporting regional scalability.ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standardsDevelop, manage and own project plans, schedules and provide regular updates to stakeholdersIdentify and mitigate project risks, and implement appropriate risk management strategiesCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycleTeams include but not limited to CSH teams & Data Chapter teams for both project and governance perspectiveUtilize project management tools to plan, execute, and monitor project activities e.g. JIRA, Confluence, FigmaLeverage GenAI tools and technologies to enhance project management efficiency and decision-makingOwnership of assisgned project tracks and ensure completion of tasks to meet project timelinesRequirementsMinimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial services industryStrong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage budgets, and track progress independentlyProficient in using project management & productivity tools such as Microsoft O365, JIRA, Confluence, Figma etcFamiliarity in project management techniques like Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologiesDemonstrated experience in applying GenAI tools and technologies within the bank for use in various use casesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teamsAbility to adapt to face paced environment and able to keep and support to internal and external stakeholdersApply NowWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment which supports your development and recognises your achievements.
