Business Intelligence Director

Aranda Telecoms (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Intelligence Director to lead the development and application of business intelligence, customer intelligence and commercial analytics to support business growth and strategic decision-making.The successful candidate will work across the Company's telecommunications and digital communications businesses, translating business data, customer insights and market intelligence into actionable commercial strategies and executive-level recommendations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead business intelligence and commercial performance analysis.Develop customer intelligence, segmentation and customer insight initiatives.Analyse market trends, competitor activity and business opportunities.Develop executive dashboards, management reports and performance insights.Translate business data into actionable recommendations for senior management.Support AI-enabled business insights and digital transformation initiatives.Analyse product, service, customer and commercial performance.Support digital growth, customer acquisition and retention strategies.Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, operations and technology teams.Support strategic partnerships and new business development initiatives.Establish appropriate KPIs and performance measurement frameworks.Lead business intelligence initiatives that improve commercial effectiveness and operational decision-making.RequirementsDegree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Telecommunications or a related discipline.Relevant experience in telecommunications, ICT, digital communications, technology or related industries.Strong commercial, strategic and analytical thinking.Experience in business intelligence, customer intelligence, market intelligence or commercial analytics.Ability to translate data and business information into actionable commercial recommendations.Strong understanding of digital transformation and emerging AI-enabled business applications.Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or equivalent will be advantageous.What We OfferSenior leadership role in the telecommunications and digital communications sector.Opportunity to lead business intelligence and digital growth initiatives.Exposure to AI-enabled business transformation and customer intelligence.Opportunity to work across international telecommunications and technology markets.Collaborative and entrepreneurial working environment.
