Gen AI & Analytics Lead | 6-month Contract

Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead the GenAI & Analytics strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory requirementsDrive end-to-end delivery of AI and analytics initiatives, including design, development, deployment, and scaling of GenAI use cases, POCs, and pilotsIdentify, assess, and commercialise high-impact GenAI opportunities, translating innovative ideas into scalable, value-generating solutionsDevelop compelling business cases, proposals, and executive presentations to secure stakeholder buy-in and fundingCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Technology, Product, Compliance, Operations) and external partners to ensure successful execution and adoptionLead programme management activities, including planning, governance, risk management, and delivery oversightEstablish and strengthen internal GenAI capabilities by fostering innovation, knowledge sharing, and best practicesBuild and manage strategic partnerships with vendors, industry players, and ecosystem partners to drive innovation and leverage external capabilitiesOversee the full lifecycle of initiatives from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business outcomesChampion data governance, responsible AI practices, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement frameworksRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related fieldProven experience leading AI and analytics initiatives, with hands-on exposure to Generative AI solutionsExcellent track record of delivering measurable business impact and successfully commercialising AI-driven solutionsExperience developing business cases, strategic proposals, and executive-level presentationsExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and work across complex, cross-functional environmentsExperience managing external partners, vendors, and multi-stakeholder ecosystemsFamiliarity with regulatory, governance, and risk considerations in financial services is good to have
