Job ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet customers warmly upon arrivalAssist customers with seating arrangements and menu recommendationsAnswer customer enquiries regarding menu items, ingredients, and dietary concernsTake accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or manual ordering methodsCoordinate orders with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operationsServe food and beverages promptly and professionallyPrepare takeaway and delivery orders when requiredHandle cashiering duties including billing, cash handling, digital payments, and refundsClear and sanitize tables, reset dining areas, and maintain outlet cleanlinessEnsure compliance with food hygiene and workplace safety regulationsMonitor stock levels for condiments, packaging materials, and basic suppliesInform management when stock replenishment is requiredSupport daily outlet operations and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by managementRequired competencies and certificationsMinimum 1–2 years of F&B supervisory experienceStrong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and operationsAbility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays to meet operational demandsCustomer-focused problem-solving skills to resolve service issues promptlyBasic knowledge of POS systems and reporting to support operational trackingPreferred competencies and qualificationsWSQ Food Safety certificationExperience working in casual dining, café, or bar environmentsWorking Hours:6 days per week, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (midnight), including weekends and public holidays.
