This position operates at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and innovation, driving transformative initiatives that improve patient outcomes and redefine healthcare delivery models.The Product Manager is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of the FWA (Fraud, Waste and Abuse) product — building GenAI-powered, configurable capabilities that enable payers to detect and prevent fraud, waste, and abuse before payment, from ideation and concept validation to development, launch, and continuous optimisation. This includes defining the product vision, setting strategic priorities, and ensuring that every product aligns with Amplify Health’s mission to make healthcare more accessible, affordable, and effective.The role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can translate high-level business objectives into actionable product roadmaps. The Product Manager leverages emerging technologies such as generative AI (GenAI), machine learning, and cloud-native architectures to deliver innovative solutions that meet evolving customer needs and regulatory requirements.As a key leader, the Product Manager collaborates cross-functionally with business, technology, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery. They champion customer-centric design principles, integrating behavioural insights and advanced analytics to personalise health experiences and improve engagement.This position is ideal for a visionary product leader who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment, embraces complexity, and is passionate about leveraging data and technology to transform healthcare across Asia.Responsibilities1) Product Strategy & Vision· Own a market‑backed product strategy and multi‑year roadmap aligned to customer outcomes and business objectives.· Define target problems, personas, JTBDs, and success metrics for payers and their claims operations teams focused on FWA detection and prevention.· Drive data‑informed prioritization using frameworks such as WSJF, RICE, or equivalent value models.· Make explicit trade‑offs balancing customer value, technical complexity, regulatory risk, and commercial impact.2) Discovery, Design & Outcomes· Run structured discovery (customer interviews, prototype tests, betas, VOC programs), and instrument products with dashboards/analytics to measure adoption, engagement, and outcomes.· Champion API-First design for B2B scalability and enhanced Integration experience adoption through use-cases based interfaces, SDKs, Implementation guide.3) Interoperability & Data Architecture· Partner with architecture/engineering to deliver API first, cloud agnostic services and integrations, leveraging HL7 FHIR/SMART on FHIR for data models, auth and scopes, and secure EHR/payer connections. · Ensure solutions can ingest/serve longitudinal health data and payer data, and support bulk data and near real-time workflows where appropriate. 4) Privacy, Security & Compliance· Embed privacy by design; for example, align to PDPA in Singapore (and analogous regulations in other markets). · Collaborate with InfoSec to implement ISO/IEC 27001 controls and pursue standard like HITRUST aligned assurance for healthcare customers, as appropriate to product scope. 5) Delivery & Quality· Run Agile delivery with crisp backlog management, well-formed PRDs/Epics/Stories, and definition of done that includes security, privacy, performance, and observability.· Drive experimentation and A/B testing; ensure robust post launch monitoring and incident response playbooks are in place for mission-critical B2B Integrations.6) Go-To-Market & Commercialisation· Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Operations on packaging, pricing, launch readiness, and product enablement playbooks, with minimum adjustments to different customer segment and country.· Own success metrics: time to value, logo/market expansion, renewal/retention, measured clinical/financial outcomes per solution.Candidate ProfileExperience and Qualifications· Over 10 years of B2B product experience with end-to-end lifecycle ownership; track record of shaping impactful features · Proven ability to define value hypotheses, business cases, and ROI frameworks to guide product investment decisions· End‑to‑end ownership from problem discovery through go‑to‑market, scaling, and value realization· Demonstrated success in delivering complex products in an agile environment.· Interoperability awareness: understanding of OpenAPI concepts and FHIR resources and how SMART on FHIR enables secure, scoped access to health data.· Data Privacy & Security: working knowledge of PDPA obligations (consent, purpose limitation, protection, breach notification) and collaborating with InfoSec toward ISO 27001 controls· Demonstrated experience leading GenAI-based digital product development — defining AI product strategy, working with LLMs, prompt engineering pipelines, and shipping AI-powered features to enterprise customers· Proficiency in prioritisation and value modelling (e.g., WSJF, RICE), defining KPIs/OKRs, and using product analytics.· Bachelor's or higher degree in business, Computer Science or Engineering required.· Familiarity with healthcare data and privacy considerations in APAC markets.Preferred:· B2B SaaS experience· Hands-on experience building or managing GenAI products — LLM-based features, RAG pipelines, or AI agents — in a B2B enterprise context· Experience integrating with payer/provider systems using FHIR APIs (R4/R5), and familiarity with Backend Services patternsCompetencies & Core Characteristics:We are seeking a team member who embodies the following competencies and characteristics essential for success in our scale-up environment:· Technical Expertise Domain: Demonstrates strong technical acumen to translate business outcomes to technology solutions effectively, ensuring scalable and secure product delivery.
