Responsibilities System Design & Development

Design and develop core wallet modules using Rust. Candidates with experience in other backend languages who are willing to transition to Rust are also welcome.

Optimize existing system architecture to improve performance and stability

Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and security

In-Memory System Development

Design and implement efficient in-memory systems to improve system throughput, latency, and robustness

Integrate with various blockchain networks to handle transfers, rollbacks, transaction signing, broadcasting, and other related external systems

Implement and strengthen system and asset security to protect users' and the company's crypto assets

Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

Work closely with team members to drive project progress

Share technical knowledge and help elevate the team's overall technical capabilities

Requirements Must-Have

3+ years of backend development experience with a solid foundation in computer science

Rust development experience, or proficiency in similar languages (C/C++, Go, etc.) with a willingness to learn Rust

Familiarity with multi-threading and concurrent programming; experience with high-performance or financial-grade system development

Nice to Have

Experience with blockchain wallet development or similar financial systems

Familiarity with on-chain/off-chain cryptographic algorithms; ability to participate in security audits and identify/remediate potential vulnerabilities

Genuine passion for technology and a drive to continuously learn and explore

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to independently take ownership of complex tasks
