Data Analyst(AI/ML)

Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and interpret complex datasets to derive actionable insightsDesign, develop, and maintain end-to-end machine learning models and pipelinesTrain, validate, and fine-tune ML models using appropriate algorithms and techniquesContinuously improve model performance based on feedback, metrics, and evolving business needsPartner with cross-functional teams to define and deliver effective ML-driven solutionsDevelop and present data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-makingCommunicate key insights, trends, and findings, with emphasis on market dynamics and industry developmentsCollaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of modelsConduct model evaluation and performance monitoring to ensure reliability and accuracyStay updated with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in AI and machine learningRequirementsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field3–5 years of experience in data analysis and/or machine learning engineeringStrong proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and model developmentHands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and toolsFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCPExcellent communication skills with the ability to present technical insights to non-technical stakeholdersPrior experience in Financial Services or Payments domain is preferred
