Lin International Engineering Consulting (China) Co., Ltd., is a recognized leader in bridge engineering and infrastructure consulting, delivering services in intelligent transportation systems, engineering cost consulting, smart technologies, and more.Established in 2002 in Chongqing, China, we expanded internationally with the launch of our overseas headquarters in Singapore in 2024.Job ResponsibilitiesAI Application Development Responsible for the development and integration of AI functions related to smart hospital solutions, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agent frameworks to optimize hospital operations, medical management, and service workflows. Digital Twin Integration Participate in the integration of AI technologies with digital twin platforms, enabling intelligent scheduling and analysis of full-element data, and transforming BIM/IoT data into business decision support. Project Delivery Support Collaborate with project teams to deliver smart hospital solutions for both local and overseas projects (including Singapore), and resolve technical and system integration issues during implementation. Lightweight AI Development In line with the company’s “light R&D” strategy, efficiently utilize open-source models and mature frameworks for secondary development, and rapidly build deployable AI application prototypes. Job Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, or related fields, with at least 2 years of experience in AI development or backend development. Proficient in Python. - Familiar with the LLM ecosystem and Agent frameworks such as LangChain and AutoGPT. Experience in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) or domain-specific LLM applications is preferred. - Basic understanding of Digital Twin technology, BIM, or the smart city/building industry. Experience in hospital information systems integration (HIS/EMS/FM) is an advantage. - Possess good coding practices and documentation skills. Familiar with development environments such as Docker, WSL2, and VS Code, with the ability to respond quickly to customized project delivery requirements. - Strong logical thinking and cross-functional communication skills. Able to adapt to international project collaboration environments and possess good English reading skills.
