Lead the design and development of payment infrastructure, including payment integrations, transaction flows, and backend services.Architect and build scalable backend systems and APIs supporting global payment operations.Develop and maintain backend services primarily using Go, Python, and Node.js.Work closely with Product, Operations, Compliance, and external partners to deliver reliable payment solutions.Drive system reliability, security, observability, and engineering best practices.Mentor engineers and help establish strong technical standards and development processes.Participate in hiring and help grow a high-performing engineering team.
