Corporate Strategy Manager

We’re Hiring: Corporate Strategy Manager 📍 Full WFO – Jakarta  🏢 Industry: Payment Gateway / Fintech 🧩 Key Responsibilities  - Manage and facilitate regular governance and performance review meeting as       well as adhoc meeting as requiere.  - Lead the preparation of business plans and budgets, management reporting,    business reviews, and Company performance analysis.  - Translate business plans and budgets into the Strategic Business Plan,    including securing regulatory approvals, preparing product proposals,    business cases, and regulatory strategies.  - Support management by providing in-depth analysis for the preparation of    strategy documents and related initiatives.  - Oversee and execute the Company’s strategy and planning functions,    including budget management, KPI setting, KPI tracking, and performance    reviews.  - Drive the execution of the Company’s strategies and initiatives, as well as ad-    hoc projects or requests from management, such as strategic projects, and    business unit strategic initiatives.  - Ensure alignment and synergy across business unit initiatives to achieve    organizational objectives. ✅ Requirements  - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Finance,    Economics, or a related field, with minimum 5 years of experience.  - Prior experience in strategic planning, scenario analysis, market research, or    competitive analysis in Payment / Banking Industry is desirable.  - Strong ability to analyze complex problems, identify opportunities, and    formulate effective strategies to achieve business objectives.  - Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and market research to    support decision-making and strategy development.  - Knowledge of the industry in which the organization operates is an advantage,     as it helps in understanding market dynamics, competitive landscape, and     industry trends that impact strategic decision-making.  - Strong communication skills as needs to collaborate across departments     within various positions.
