Senior Data & AI Engineer (MS Fabric/ Azure Data Platform/ Data Engineering)

Location: Paya LebarWorking hrs: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30am (with Hybrid work arrangement)Job SummaryTo support the development and rollout of our Microsoft Fabric data platform across the Asia-Pacific region.This is a hands-on role focused on building data pipelines, managing data platforms, supporting reporting and analytics, and enabling future AI initiatives.Job ResponsibilitiesData Platform & EngineeringBuild and maintain the Microsoft Fabric data platform for APAC.Develop and manage data pipelines from ERP, CRM, and operational systems.Design and maintain Lakehouse and medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold).Create and optimise Data Factory pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, and Notebooks using SQL and PySpark.Integrate cloud and on-premise data sources.Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure reliability and performance.Maintain documentation, standards, and best practices.Data Governance & ReportingImplement data quality checks and validation processes.Support data governance and lineage tracking using Microsoft Purview.Build and maintain Power BI datasets and semantic models.Work with stakeholders to support reporting and dashboard requirements.Ensure consistent KPI definitions and reporting standards.AI & CollaborationSupport AI and Copilot initiatives with reliable and well-structured data.Collaborate with business users, vendors, and regional teams on data projects.Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.5–8 years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, or BI roles.Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.Experience with Azure Data Platform tools such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and ADLS Gen2.Strong SQL and PySpark skills.Experience building scalable data pipelines and data models.Knowledge of Power BI and data visualisation concepts.Experience with Microsoft Purview is an advantage.Familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus.HOW TO APPLY:Interested applicants, kindly click on “APPLY NOW” or send your resume in MS WORD format to hestia.wong(at)trustrecruit.com.sgWe regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Important Note: Trust Recruit Pte Ltd is committed to safeguarding your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).Please read our privacy statement on our corporate website www.trustrecruit.com.sg.Trust Recruit Pte LtdEA License No: 19C9950EA Personnel: Wong Ying Huan (Hestia)EA Personnel Reg No: R24122431
