Position OverviewSeeking an Application Production Support Analyst (L2) to support Cash Management and Accounting systems across APAC. This role focuses on maintaining a stable production environment, resolving incidents, and supporting regional payment operations and system releases.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L2 production support for regional applications and users across APACTroubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, including root cause analysis and workaround solutionsManage and track incidents, problems, and service requests, ensuring timely escalation and resolutionCoordinate with regional and global teams to deliver permanent fixes and maintenance activitiesSupport application releases, change management, and preventive monitoring initiativesParticipate in disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity activitiesPerform end-of-day/month batch support and regular maintenance activitiesSupport IT security checks and post-patch validationsMaintain operational documentation and knowledge base, while supporting knowledge-sharing initiativesIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement in support processes and system stabilityTechnical RequirementsExperience supporting Java/J2EE-based applicationsFamiliarity with WebSphere, Tomcat, JBoss, and related middleware platformsStrong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQLExperience with Unix/Linux/Windows environments and scriptingExposure to IBM MQ and Mainframe environmentsFamiliarity with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow)Knowledge of SharePoint and ConfluenceDatabase performance tuning and troubleshooting experience is advantageousStrong technical troubleshooting and debugging skillsExperience in application production support within banking or financial servicesStrong technical background in web-based applications and payment systems supportExperience supporting international payment systems in APAC is preferredStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAble to work independently with good escalation awarenessComfortable supporting weekend, holiday, or after-hours activities when requiredInterested applicants please email your resume to [email protected] Tham Yi Ru (R1104692)Recruit Express Pte Ltd (EA Number: 99C4599)
