SOFTWARE ENGINEER (Gen AI)

Key Responsibilities:Work with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers) to develop, fine-tune, and integrate models into products.Design and test prompts for various tasks (prompt engineering) to improve model outputs.Support development and deployment of generative AI applications (text, code, or image generation).Write Python code to build ML/AI pipelines, evaluate model performance, and preprocess data.Collaborate with data engineers to prepare and manage datasets used for training and evaluation.Monitor and test model performance in production environments.Document technical work, including models, experiments, and results.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.2-3 year of industry experience in AI/ML, or a strong academic or project portfolio.Proficient in Python and libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and matplotlib.Basic understanding of machine learning workflows and model evaluation.Exposure to LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral) through personal or academic projects.Familiarity with Hugging Face Transformers or OpenAI API is a plus.Basic understanding of data engineering concepts such as ETL, data cleaning, and pipeline orchestration.
