Job descriptionWe are hiring a Technical Program Manager, AI Transformation for a leading global technology organization. This role will support the APAC Policy function as the team adopts AI-powered tools and transitions toward more AI-enabled ways of working.This is an internal-facing role focused on driving the rollout, adoption, and improvement of AI tools across non-technical teams. You will work closely with APAC stakeholders, global product teams, and engineering partners to ensure AI solutions solve real workflow challenges and are successfully embedded into daily operations.The ideal candidate is a strong program manager with technical fluency — someone who can understand user pain points, translate them into clear product or technical requirements, partner effectively with engineering teams, and drive adoption across regional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Program ManagementDrive end-to-end rollout of AI-powered tools and workflows across APAC teamsOwn program roadmaps, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and delivery plansIdentify blockers early and work cross-functionally to resolve themTranslate non-technical business needs into structured technical requirementsCoordinate with global product, engineering, and regional business stakeholdersAI Adoption & Change ManagementDrive adoption of AI tools across non-technical teamsIdentify barriers to adoption, such as usability issues, bugs, training gaps, or resistance to changeDevelop practical solutions including training materials, playbooks, enablement sessions, and 1:1 user supportHelp teams integrate AI tools into their daily workflowsTrack usage, adoption metrics, and productivity impactProduct Feedback & ImprovementGather feedback from end users on AI tools and workflowsIdentify bugs, usability challenges, feature gaps, and improvement opportunitiesConvert user feedback into clear product requirements and prioritization inputsPartner with global product and engineering teams to improve tool performance and user experienceCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Policy, Operations, Legal, and other non-engineering teams to understand workflows and pain pointsAct as the bridge between non-technical users and technical teamsFacilitate feedback loops between APAC users and global stakeholdersSupport regional execution of global AI initiativesRegional ExecutionAdapt global AI tools and strategies for APAC-specific needsServe as the main point of contact for AI transformation initiatives in APACIdentify and drive region-specific automation opportunitiesWhat You’ll Be Working OnIn this role, you can expect to spend your time engaging with stakeholders to understand workflows, diagnosing why AI tools are underutilized, gathering feedback, working with global teams on improvements, running adoption initiatives, and reporting on usage and impact.You will work with approximately 70% APAC stakeholders and 30% US/global partners.Minimum Qualifications1–2+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or a similar roleExperience driving cross-functional programs from planning through deliveryFamiliarity with AI or LLM tools, such as prompt engineering, workflow automation, or productivity toolsBasic proficiency in Python or a similar language; comfortable reading and understanding codeStrong ability to translate user needs into structured requirementsExcellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience driving adoption, enablement, or behavior change across teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience working with non-engineering teams such as Policy, Legal, Operations, Risk, Trust & Safety, or similar functionsKnowledge of agent-based systems, RAG, AI workflow orchestration, or automation toolsBackground in organizational transformation, change management, or internal tool adoptionExperience working across APAC and/or global teamsBasic coding skills in Python or JavaScriptAbility to debug simple issues or make small changes independentlyGitHub, portfolio, or project examples showcasing AI-related workIdeal Candidate ProfileWe are looking for someone who combines structured program management with curiosity and hands-on technical fluency.
