As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive team and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What the day will look likeSupport key retrocession clients:Assist regional retro team and relevant local team to provide best-in-class services to key retrocession clients, especially focused on Asia regions and South KoreaWork with global teams to provide leading market insights to local teams and clientsWork with regional and global teams to coordinate effective inwards business strategies for key retrocession clients across the regionsAssist technical analytic support within teams:Work with regional retro team across Asia Pacific to build business intelligence databaseSupport new business opportunities:Assist retrocession growth initiatives to effectively sell Aon's value proposition toward target prospects across Asia regionsSkills and experience that will lead to successIdeally 1–3 years of experience in treaty reinsurance related work at an insurance company, reinsurance company, reinsurance intermediary is a strong plus but not strictly required.Strong interpersonal skills, client management and communication capabilities and the ability to interface with various business unitsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to travel within the Asia region to facilitate client presentations, seminars and conferences as required.High self-motivation and ability to work independently and take initiativeAbility to work in a collaborative and matrixed environment
