Become an expert in Paytm Own end-to-end key business metrics like Be the voice of Paytm Build a strong pipeline of media briefs and respond with customized pitches and proposals aligned with the client’s business and marketing objectives Work closely with the campaign delivery and optimization team to monitor and deliver expected results to the advertiser Lead initiatives which require significant cross team collaboration to build innovative Provide constant feedback to the product team to improve
Desired Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in preferred) Proven experience in managing programs / categories / business verticals Strong stakeholder management experience; ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets Ability to deep-dive into a problem; very strong analytical and presentation skills required High bias for action required Ability to thrive and perform in an ambiguous setting; sound judgment and flexibility in balancing program requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule
