Civil AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Civil Engineer with 4+ years of experience including AI, where AI-powered interior design is the primary expertise. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience using professional AI design platforms to create innovative interior concepts, space plans, mood boards, photorealistic visualizations, material palettes, and client-ready presentations, while converting AI-generated concepts into construction-ready designs.The candidate should be proficient in AI-powered design tools including Autodesk Forma, Veras AI, Adobe Firefly.In addition, the candidate should possess strong civil and interior engineering expertise, including CAD drafting, construction detailing, interior fit-out design, quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, material selection, site supervision, contractor coordination, and project execution. Proficiency in AutoCAD,, SketchUp Pro, Autodesk Civil 3D, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite is required.Key ResponsibilitiesUtilize AI-powered design platforms to develop innovative interior design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and photorealistic visualizations.Create and refine AI-generated concepts into production-ready CAD drawings and construction documentation.Prepare detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, BIM models, working drawings, and shop drawings using AutoCAD and other design software.Develop interior layouts, furniture plans, ceiling plans, lighting layouts, and space planning solutions.Produce high-quality renderings and walkthroughs using Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, V-Ray, and AI visualization tools.Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and material specifications.Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct site inspections to ensure design implementation complies with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.Review construction progress and resolve design-related technical issues during execution.Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.Evaluate and recommend innovative materials, finishes, furniture, and cost-effective design solutions.Prepare professional client presentations using AI-generated visualizations and presentation tools.Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, design software, BIM workflows, and interior design trends to continuously improve project delivery and innovation.Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
