Generative AI Trainer/Coach

Training Design & DeliveryDevelop and deliver training programs and sessions on Generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, other business-relevant tools).Customise learning pathways to meet the specific needs of different business functions (e.g., marketing, design, operations).Conduct engaging workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching sessions to facilitate knowledge sharing and team upskilling.2. Prompt EngineeringDevelop training content focused on prompt engineering to enhance team proficiency in using GenAI tools effectively.Create and deliver lessons on advanced prompt strategies for business use cases to drive better results from AI tools.3. AI Fluency & Business ApplicationsFoster AI fluency across teams, helping them understand the potential and limitations of AI applications in their respective roles.Provide training on how to integrate AI tools into daily workflows to solve business problems, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to ROI.4. Workflow Optimisation & ROIWork closely with business units to identify workflow bottlenecks and demonstrate how AI can optimise processes and improve performance.Develop training programs that teach teams how to use AI tools to improve their workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and drive better ROI.5. Coaching & EnablementProvide coaching on the practical application of GenAI tools for individual and group needs.Support AI adoption across teams with hands-on examples and real-world business applications.6. Curriculum DevelopmentDesign and develop structured, clear, and engaging training materials, including case studies, exercises, and assessments focused on AI and its business applications.Keep training content up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI tools and best practices.The Person: 2-4 years’ experience in training, coaching, or L&D roles.Demonstrated expertise in GenAI tools (ChatGPT, image/video AI tools, automation frameworks).Strong communication and facilitation skills.Experience designing learning materials, e-learning platforms, or blended learning.Creative, adaptable, and up-to-date with emerging AI practices.Based in Singapore 🇸🇬 – We’re looking for talent who understands the local market to join our team!
